| ok, did ok today, but def can do better!!! had a weight watchers muffin, which i mad ina fit of rage yesterday, The recipie is a box of devil's food cake and a 15 oz can of pumpkin, and thats it!! 20 minutes to bake and theyre done! they taste really god, so i only eat half.
intake: b: 1/2 muffin-70 s: low-fat string chese-70 l (horrible) slimfast $ plain whole wheat bagel-waaaaaay too many s: sugar free jello -10 d:tba my goal for the week is substitute breakfast and lunch with slimfast!!! it says that if i do that, I will loose 2 pounds a week or more. and I will go to the gym!!!! | I'm a failure at everything!! I feel disgusting, tho everyone says how small and skinny I am, what a bunch of shit. i went out today and bought myself some slimfast. Now I dont have to worry about what I eat cause i'll just have the slimfast for breakfast and lunch. and I'm set. i start my bootcamp challenge on the 5th of feb. which i'm totally excited about! I'm gonnna start early tho, i went to he gym last week twice and four days the week before, so i'm doin good inthat department, but I could do soooo much better. | my intake was great today!! i'm soo proudd of myself i really love the way i feel when i don't eat, its the feeling of control and getting thinner and lightness=) ahh its heaven!! | ok my computer was down all week and I was soooo pissed!!!! I kept up with my chalenge, tho 500 cals a dday and now starting a new challenge diet, 1200 max a day and exercise. i did exercise everyday last week for about an hour a day from tuesday-friday. I will continnue to exercise and drink lots and lots and lots of water!!! i will also try to eat less than 1200 cals a day. my boyfriend was sick all week and couldnt eat and he lost 8 pounds!! I was soooo secretly jealous of him!! I wanna loose soo bad I can taste it and it tastes better than food!! I hope you girls had a great week last week and another this week!! | Happy New year!! Kinda late on that one, I know. I've been real busy with work amd helping out at home that I haven't got a chance to blog in this thing. So now I do =) It's a new year and a new me! And I mean it!! I'm doing good on my challenge. I'm on the 500 cal a day diet and it's going real well right now. Went to the gym yesterday and today, planning on going tomorrow toooooooo. Gonna do my best to write my intake everyday!!
